Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the team in their daily office activities.

You’ll have the opportunity to thrive in a supportive and welcoming team environment and enjoy a 4-day workweek! 

 

YOUR ROLE :

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team with daily office activities;

  • Managing calendars and handling various bookings;

  • Preparing and reviewing documents and communications;

  • Greeting visitors with courtesy and professionalism;

  • Answering and transferring phone calls;

  • Managing office supply inventory.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Relevant experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities;

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

  • Excellent command of spoken and written French, and professional proficiency in spoken and written English;

  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality;

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
