The Client Delivery Partner is accountable across the entire client engagement lifecycle, fromdriving account growth and supporting new businessthrough to successful delivery. This role holds ultimate accountability forclient success and value realization, ensuring the full value of contracted services and software is achieved, independent of who performs the implementation—be it the client, a partner, or Pega Consulting. As the key delivery leader, they are fundamentally accountable for the account's overall health, client satisfaction, and long-term success

  • Proven track record of Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership , particularly in drivinginnovation and digital transformation programs
  • Industry expertise in Banking and/or Capital Markets, with demonstrable experience working with large North American customers across both business and technology teams.
  • Expert in enterprise software delivery, with specific experience leading modernization initiatives that include workflow reimagination and addressing technology currency.
  • Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and its connection to technology-led transformation.
  • Experience with cloud modernization—including network, hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, and governance principles—is a significant plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and impact clients and partners.
