About this Job

Eridan is seeking a Head of Sales to lead our go-to-market strategy and drive adoption of our advanced radio solutions and deployment services. This leader will be responsible for building and scaling customer relationships across private 5G, ORAN, and system integration ecosystems, with a focus on strategic revenue growth. The ideal candidate brings deep industry experience, a strong global network, and a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals in telecom infrastructure.

As our Head of Sales, you will:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy targeting private 5G networks, ORAN deployments, and system integrators.
  • Define sales objectives, pipeline goals, and account strategies that align with Eridan’s business growth targets.
  • Provide executive-level guidance on market positioning, partnerships, and competitive strategy.

Customer & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, operators, system integrators, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Leverage existing industry networks to accelerate customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Represent Eridan at major industry forums, driving visibility and thought leadership.

Revenue Growth & Deal Execution

  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Drive revenue growth through new business, partnerships, and upselling deployment services.
  • Secure and manage large-scale RFPs and strategic accounts across enterprise and government sectors.

Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team, instilling a culture of solution-selling and accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and marketing teams to shape offerings and proposals.
  • Provide regular feedback to executive leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualities of a Successful Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in telecom infrastructure, with proven success in selling into private 5G deployments.
  • Established industry network with strong relationships across operators, system integrators, and enterprise verticals.
  • Track record of leading and closing multi-million-dollar infrastructure deals.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate both strategically (long-term vision) and tactically (deal execution).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience scaling sales teams at a growth-stage company or startup.
  • Familiarity with CU/DU architecture, RF/radio solutions, and private 5G and ORAN trends.
  • Exposure to 5G deployment models and related RF technologies. 
  • Participation in industry alliances (ORAN Alliance, 3GPP, etc.) or advisory boards.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer engagement and industry events.
