Job Title: PC Network Support Specialist
Reports To: CEO
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm MST
Location: This is an on-site role at our Home Office in Meridian, ID.
Compensation: $45,000-60,000/year

POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a proactive and skilled PC Network Support Specialist to join our headquarters team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot PC and network issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the organization. Strong technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills are essential to work effectively with medical and administrative staff.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Diagnose and resolve PC hardware, software, and peripheral issues promptly.
- Manage and maintain network configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide end-user support for healthcare-specific IT systems, including EHR/EMR platforms.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices across endpoints and networks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with IT and healthcare teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Participate in on-call rotations and address urgent IT issues as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent technical experience) required.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ CE) preferred.
- 2–3 years in IT support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical users.
- Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of remote troubleshooting tools and endpoint security solutions.
