Job Description:Your Impact
Growth leaders at Sia Experience fuel the business by driving net-new revenue across creative and digital accounts. This senior role sits at the intersection of business development, client partnerships, and delivery strategy—meeting clear new business targets by bringing in leads, pitching, and selling work that shapes the future of Sia Experience’s portfolio.
We are looking for experienced New Business development leads that have proven success opening the right doors—spotting opportunities, activating their networks, and building trust quickly. They bring deep marketing and advertising expertise, allowing them to credibly connect our creative and digital capabilities to client goals and challenges. Our New Business leads identify and shape opportunities, craft compelling proposals, and drive momentum from first conversation to close.
Whether it’s a brand launch, a digital product, or an integrated campaign, New Business leaders know how to position Sia Experience to stand out—and deliver.
Business Development
- Drive and win major client accounts—making our lean, sharp team the clear choice.
- Lead and grow key client relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Run the pitch process end-to-end, shaping narratives, building decks, and rallying teams to convert leads into wins.
- Expand partnerships across service lines and geographies through strategic collaboration and targeted outreach.
- Consistently generate and cultivate new business leads, delivering on defined growth targets while positioning Sia Experience to stand out—and deliver.
Client Growth & Opportunity Development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, bringing insight, creativity, and strategic direction to every engagement pitch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and production teams to align internal firepower with external opportunities.
- Qualify and prioritize leads effectively—leveraging expertise in integrated digital advertising to know when to lean in, when to walk away, and how to sell with credibility by matching client needs to what is truly feasible.

- Proven success leading large-scale, high-impact engagements for independent or mid-sized agencies.
- Extensive experience heading both business development and consulting delivery—growing accounts, originating new opportunities, and sustaining long-term client relationships.
- Skilled at facilitating high-stakes conversations and energizing a room—clients trust your read and respect your point of view.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to spot the right fits, shape thoughtful solutions, and move quickly when the opportunity’s right.
- Well-versed in both the agency and consulting landscape—you understand what sets SiaX apart and can articulate that to clients in ways that land.
- 9+ years of agency, with a strong focus on building new business at marketing and creative services and a track record of delivering impactful client solutions.
- Based in the NYC metro area, with a strong local network.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

Salary up to 200k + commission + bonus

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
