Description
Summary: The Product Support Specialist supports the Product Manager in a wide variety of activities related to creating and selling manufactured items. The PSS works with a wide range of internal customers including Product Manager, Product Data Management, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Production and Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with new item set up
- Specification documentation
- Supporting special sales requests – ex. Samples, information
- Price Book updates
- Production support – Specifications, documentation, QA….
- Customer portals (secondary resource)
- Supports cycle counting efforts
- Processing incoming raw material receiving
- Assists with confirmation of shipments for invoicing purposes
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, (1-2) year experience in manufacturing office environment
- Experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Excel
- Data entry experience
- Service mindset likes a broad variety of activities.
