The Commercial Enablement & Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales, revenue & marketing teams by streamlining communication, processes & tools. This role ensures the commercial team is armed with the right communication, structure, resources & insights to drive revenue and deliver exceptional service aligned with our brand standards.
What You’ll Do:
Commercial Enablement
- Support the rollout and ongoing optimization of sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, proposal tools, content libraries) via SOP creation, validation and distribution
- Maintain the Commercial Hub Google Site to ensure all important information is up to date and organized correctly. Working with Department Leaders to validate training tools (Revenue Managers, WorkPlace Sales Leader, Strategic Partners etc)
- Gather information to deploy the Friday Wrap Up to the Global Commercial Team on a weekly basis
- Coordinate onboarding for new Commercial Team Members, ensuring alignment with brand values and sales methodology.
- Support Enablement Leaders in creating Litmos Commercial University and deploy to new hires as part of onboarding
- Assigning our Internal Space Requests from all departments to the appropriate Sales Team member to book
- Admin Support including but not limited to Team Meeting Minutes, Deck Template Creation, Critical Path task management, auditing & upkeep commercial email distros, auditing & upkeep commercial slack channel, Jira Ticket assignments & Sales Enablement inbox, Account Ownership Reassignment
Commercial Operations
- Audit & manage aggregators, providing team training & reporting needed
- Work closely with Commercial Operations on Inbound & Demand reporting to help Commercial Leaders drive regional strategy using data backed insights
Reporting & Insights
- Assist in gathering and analyzing performance data (KPIs, pipeline health, conversion rates) and preparing regular reports for global leadership.
- Leverage HubSpot reporting for capacity modeling & data-informed lead rotation adjustments
- Proactively audit Seller call recording, providing insights to Sales & Enablement Leaders to support training plans
What We Look For:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial enablement, sales operations, or revenue support functions within a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools; comfort learning and optimizing new platforms
- Analytical mindset with experience compiling, auditing, and presenting data to inform strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with proven ability to create clear SOPs, documentation, and training resources
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach: able to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and adapt to ever-changing environments

Base Salary:
Salary Min: $58,000 Salary Max: $62,000
This role is also eligible for Convene's sales commission program.
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
