At Central Payments, compliance is at the heart of everything we do. As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our compliance operations and learning the ins and outs of the fintech and banking industry. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their compliance career to gain hands-on experience, work alongside seasoned professionals, and grow within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in performing compliance reviews covering consumer protection laws and regulations such as Regulation E, Regulation P, Regulation DD, E-Sign, and UDAAP.
  • Help prepare reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations for improvements.
  • Support tracking and follow-up on corrective actions to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to support ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Help maintain compliance documentation and update internal procedures as directed.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and best practices to assist with compliance updates.
  • Participate in training and learning opportunities to build knowledge and skills in compliance.
  • Perform additional administrative or project support duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Good communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with compliance tools is a plus but not required.

 

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent in business, finance, law, or related field; or 1–2 years of work experience in compliance, banking, or a related area preferred but not required.
  • Compliance certifications not required at this level but may be supported for career growth.
