Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality coaching to our under 18’s age-group in accordance with the academy principles and games model, reporting to the Academy Head Coach.
- Ensure the welfare and safety of all academy players.
- Assist the Lead Coaches with the player IDP meetings, and performance reviews on a termly basis.
- Plan and deliver sessions effectively for the programme, aligned to the
- Academy principles and game model.
- Support Academy open / trial days, assessing and reporting on any players who attend.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Football specific knowledge.
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and ability to work well unsupervised.
- Level 2 FA Coaching Qualification (or equivalent)
- Excellent written skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates honesty, integrity, reliability and the ability to ensure confidentiality at all times.
