ROLE OVERVIEW:
The opportunity exists for a highly organised and proactive Traffic Manager to join our dynamic global creative studio, based from our London head office. You’ll be the central hub of our studio operations, ensuring that projects flow smoothly from briefing to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Scheduling: Manage and maintain the studio’s production schedule, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across multiple projects.
- Workflow Coordination: Oversee the movement of creative work through the studio, from initial briefing to final output.
- Resource Management: Assign tasks to designers based on availability and skillset
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the liaison between account managers, creatives, and external suppliers to ensure timelines and expectations are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve studio efficiency.
- Reporting: Track project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
SPECIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/APTITUDES NEEDED:
- Proven experience in a traffic or studio management role within a creative or marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and production timelines.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- Working hours will be from 09.00 to 17.30 with an hour taken for lunch between 12.00 and 14.00
