Job Description Summary:

Contribute to creating a seamless, timely return experience that values our customers, respects our vendors, and contributes to cost-efficient operations. 


Essential Functions and Job Duties:

  • Review all return quality claims to ensure they are triaged properly and validated in a timely manner.
  • Work alongside colleagues to ensure internal testing is completed.
  • Maintain communication with vendors to ensure sourced quality claims are resolved.
  • Authorize appropriate customer credit.
  • Provide reporting to customers.
  • Facilitate customer quality reviews. 
  • Oversee vendor exchange reminders and add bills
  • Process Improvement.
  • Analyze and update quarterly quality metrics.
  • Execute Exchange reminders to customer.
  • Manage exchange deposit credits and refunds.
  • Work with customers to negotiate custom restock fees, add bill credits, and unacceptable returns/exchanges on the back end of transactions.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Approve the creation of high dollar additional bills.
  • Manage A/R + A/P invoice blocking for incoming returns.
  • Manage return doc generation for exchanges.
  • Oversee stock check shelf items to ensure they come to a resolution.
  • Develop parts validation model for external customers

Requirements

Role Competencies:

  • Ability to persuasively sell products, services, and ideas.
  • Smart Phone required.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, keyboarding, and the internet. Salesforce360 experience is preferred.
  • Ability to organize and file both paper and electronic documents

Education or Relevant Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required. Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management, General Business, or Management preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

This position requires only self-supervision.
