Lead the Operations Behind Our Salesforce Platform

Location: Portland, Oregon 

At Vacatia, we’re redefining the resort experience through innovation, flexibility, and exceptional service. Our Salesforce platform is at the center of how we connect with guests, partners, and teams and we’re looking for a Lead, Salesforce Operations to make it even better. This role will manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, optimize workflows, ensure data integrity, and empower users to get the most from the platform. Working closely with our Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll help translate business needs into scalable solutions that drive efficiency and growth.

Your Impact

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user setup, security, and configurations.
  • Design and maintain workflows, flows, validation rules, and automation to streamline processes.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices across all Salesforce objects.
  • Build reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for leadership.
  • Support and train users to increase adoption and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce Technical Architect and IT on system enhancements and integrations.


Requirements

 What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience; Salesforce Administrator certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud a plus.
  • Proven ability to design scalable Salesforce solutions in a multi-department environment.
  • Experience with automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules) and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical and non-technical teams.
