Currently, we are looking to add a Case Manager/Paralegal to our Pre-Litigation team to help develop and more pre-litigation cases to settlement or litigation under the supervision of the Pre-Litigation Attorney. This position requires that you be the voice and face of the firm, along with a high level of client interaction making strong customer service skills vital to this role.
Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the client's primary point of contact for all questions and updates on the case.
- Be the overall director of the case from start to finish.
- Keep detailed notes of all case-related phone and email contact as well as tasks performed.
- Working directly with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to ensure the timely and appropriate progression the client's case by collecting evidence, insurance, and/or assets for the case.
- Ensuring all mail is reviewed, responded to, and/or brought to the attention of the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
- Preparing demand packages for review and valuation, commencing the negotiation process, and ensuring the case is closed in the system upon final settlement.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- College Degree (Associate/BS/BA) and/or successful paralegal or case management experience preferred.
