Position Duties

As a Senior Manager Asset Management, you lead with a clear strategic vision, bringing together diverse teams and stakeholders to successfully implement and advance enterprise asset management initiatives across the organization. With strong technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail, you ensure systems are seamlessly integrated, data remains accurate and reliable, and decisions are guided by meaningful performance metrics. You are proactive and adaptable, consistently staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation while balancing the need for operational stability and excellence

What you will do:

  • Develop and lead the enterprise asset management program, coordinating with internal units and managing consultants to ensure accurate asset recording and effective capital budgeting.
  • Design and maintain a dynamic, organization-wide training and audit program to maximize the utilization and effectiveness of the asset management system.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for EAM users and stakeholders, oversee asset inventory integration into capital projects, and ensure all relevant data is accurately maintained in the system.
  • Manage the EAM software platform’s operation, integration with other technologies, vendor relationships, and continuous improvement through risk management and KPI reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Asset/Facility Management, Building Automation, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields, with 5+ years using Maximo or similar EAM software.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of asset management best practices, facility operations, database queries, API integration, and experience integrating EAM systems with GIS, BIM, and other enterprise tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work independently in dynamic environments.
  • Skilled at integrating and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance workflows and improve system efficiency, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and solid experience working with various digital platforms and database software to support data management and reporting needs.
