Your Mission
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Manager, Global Digital Operations. Our Supply Chain Operations team ensures that BMG recordings reach music fans worldwide both physically and digitally. They are responsible for metadata and asset management for approximately 600,000 recordings and work closely with our manufacturing and distribution partners. Without them, our recorded music releases would never be heard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the BMG production team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of Audio & Video products to distribution partners, providing guidance, expertise and support.
- Overseeing and troubleshooting deliveries to BMG’s distribution partners and direct digital retail relations.
- Running availability and delivery reports making sure releases go live on time and that changes are made successfully.
- Managing the catalogue, analysing reports, categorising and fixing errors.
- Working with digital partners and providing support for all timed releases.
- Monitoring and fixing Apple tickets, liaising with relevant teams to update products.
- Managing Neighbouring Rights, running monthly registrations, liaising with the data team to ensure all recordings are successfully registered.
- Providing knowledge and experience into Supply Chain process improvement.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience of working as part of a supply chain team in the music industry.
- Experience in iTunes Connect and/or Spotify for Music Providers.
- Experience with iTunes xml and DDEX useful.
- Displays strong attention to detail.
- Process driven.
- Enjoys working to targets and deadlines.
- Enjoys troubleshooting and finding solutions.
- Able to categorize errors and find patterns in data with the ability to cross reference data spreadsheets.

Pay Range
$70,000-$72,000 per annum
The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits.
