Your Mission
At Vibe.co, we’re redefining how brands engage with audiences through Connected TV advertising. We move fast, break silos, and build with impact.
We’re hiring a Founder Associate, Performance to work directly with our CEO (Arthur). Your mission: maximize workforce impact by setting and tracking team targets — and ensure they are delivered. You’ll design and build the systems that keep the organization laser-focused on goals, push teams to execute with urgency, and surface risks early to keep performance on track.
You’ll partner with the Executive Committee, team leaders, HR, and Finance to set ambitious targets, measure progress, and design incentives that tie directly to results.
What You’ll Do
This role is part strategist, part operator, part driver of execution. Expect to:
Own Vibe’s performance framework: set quarterly targets, ensure alignment with company priorities, and most importantly — ensure delivery.
Work with the CEO and Executive Committee to set team objectives that drive growth and efficiency.
Ensure alignment and accountability across teams: partner with team leads to set goals, track progress, and deliver results by quarter-end.
Design and own compensation and bonus structures tied directly to goal achievement.
Track and analyze performance: build reporting to monitor progress, identify risks, and call out low performance early.
Drive cost optimization initiatives: work closely with Finance and leadership to ensure every dollar spent delivers the expected ROI
We’d love to work with you if:
You have 4+ years of experience in strategic consulting at a top tier consulting firm and/or investment banking.
You hold a STEM or quantitative degree from a globally recognized university.
You have a strong understanding of high-growth tech companies and how to drive efficiency at scale.
You have experience in cost optimization, restructuring, and driving measurable performance.
You’re highly proficient in Excel; SQL experience is a plus.
You’ve worked directly with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives.
You leverage AI tools to optimize analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
