Your new responsibilities
- Development of competitive detector concepts
- Perform electro- optical TCAD simulations
- Define device development test chips
- Perform electro- optical measurements of devices and test- chips in the laboratory
- Evaluation of test chips, generation of device development reports
- Contribute as team member in innovation-, feasibility-, and implementation- projects
- Contribute to innovation: file invention disclosures and suggest discovery projects
Who we are looking for
- Successfully completed studies in electronic engineering, physics or comparable
- Good knowledge of semiconductor physics and basics of optics
- Willingness to cover all tasks of device development, such as TCAD simulations, measurements, data evaluation and reporting
- Ability of structured problem solving
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Interested in innovative solutions and how they can be utilized for our products
- Willingness and ability to work in (cross-functional) teams in an open atmosphere
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
