The Role

Yarra Valley Water is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Compliance & Access Manager to champion the integrity and safety of our field facilities. Your key responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing everything from essential safety measures and emergency planning to site access and security systems. You’ll collaborate with contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes, all while navigating complex regulations and driving continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively engage and manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proven experience maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and managing associated systems and documentation.
  • Solid understanding of OHS legislation with experience implementing safety procedures and managing risks.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing security and access control systems to ensure site safety and compliance.
