At our x15ventures, we don’t just back startups, we back the people who make them thrive. As our Talent Acquisition & People Experience Coordinator, you’ll be helping to shape how candidates meet us, how new hires feel on day one, and how our community connects and grows. 

 

Role Overview 

This is your chance to work across talent, people experience, and ops in one fast-moving role. You’ll get exposure to everything from interview scheduling and learning platforms to events, swag drops, and operational support—no two weeks will look the same. It’s also a role where you’ll grow: building your skills in recruitment, people operations, and culture while learning alongside an experienced People team. 

You will be reporting to the Talent Acquisition And People Experience Lead.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own interview scheduling and ensuring process flow, keeping our candidates in the loop.  

  • Keep job postings sharp and our people insights flowing.  

  • Manage training modules and platform access to ensure our people have the tools to grow.  

  • Run reporting, expenses, team admin and be the to go to person for presentations for the People team.  

  • Support team events with swag drops, set up, catering and planning.  

  • Handle general office admin and operations to keep things running smoothly (and the snacks flowing!).  

  • Help share our culture through assisting with content as well as executing internal communications that keep us connected.  

  • Own and maintain systems, templates, and processes to keep People operations running smoothly.  

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to make sure we are always uplifting our candidate and employee experience.   

 

Experience 

  • Organised + detail-driven, but flexible when things shift. 

  • Hands-on with and quick to learn tech platforms like Workday. Jira, Udemy, and scheduling software 

  • Creating processes and experiences that delight our community and candidates. 

  • Passionate about building your skills and career across talent, people experience and the world of venture scaling. 

  • Ready to dive into the startup ecosystem: fast, curious, impact-driven and willing to test and learn. 

  • Ready to roll up your sleeves and get stuff done. 

  • Proven ability to responsibly handle confidential information and have a risk mindset.
