People Advisor

As a People Advisor within our People & Culture (P&C) team, you play a critical role in ensuring these moments are handled with accuracy, care, and professionalism.
You will be the first point of contact for leaders and employees, providing clear guidance, reliable support, and ensuring all processes are completed correctly and on time. By managing the detail and applying your expertise, you’ll help create a seamless experience that builds trust and confidence at every step.
All applicants please note this is a Brisbane-based role.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Acting as the first point of contact for P&C policy queries, providing clear and consistent advice to employees and leaders
- Delivering accurate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, pre-employment checks, system access, and payroll notifications
- Supporting key employee lifecycle moments such as contract changes, internal transfers, promotions, extensions, and terminations
- Supporting the business and P&C teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
- Ensuring employee data is accurate and maintained across systems and reporting tools
Do things differently with us
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- 1 - 2 years in similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Growing knowledge of human resources policy and practice
- Exposure to P&C case management and desire to progress within an advisory role in P&C
- Strong demonstrated skills and experience using MS Excel and Word documents
- Confident approach to dealing with sensitive information
- Self-managed and a solutions-finder who thrives under pressure
- Analytical, precise and accurate – nothing gets past you! Strong attention to detail and application of techniques to ensure data accuracy
- Excellent communication, organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
