The Role
This position is offered through INCA, a joint venture of Tatura Milk Industries and Snowbrand Australia.
Infant Nutrition Canning Australia Pty Ltd (INCA) is a state-of-the-art infant formula packaging facility located in Tatura, and nearby to the Tatura Milk Industries facility.
The role is to ensure that finished goods are inspected and packed in accordance with procedures and specifications. Candidates are expected to be available on day shift 6AM to 2.30PM Monday to Thursday, 6AM to 12PM on Friday.
Responsibilities
Operating machinery, including machine setting and fault finding.
Inspecting finished goods to ensure quality standards are met
Recording/ Reporting of production data – including completing downtime sheets
Ensuring production areas are cleaned up to quality standards
Adhering to company safety and quality policies and procedures
About you
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential
Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Self-starter, able to operate independently, solid problem-solving skill
Forklift license is good to have, but not essential
Basic computer skill (Microsoft, Outlook, etc) and data entry capability
