We are looking for Digitisations Assistants for the morning shift, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, 38 hours per week.

 

What’s a Digitisation Assistant?

Digitisation Assistants are integral to TIMG's success in being able to deliver agreed project objectives to our customers. Based in Aspley, our team are part of a national Digitisation who work together on shared projects and initiatives as well as autonomously on local and state-wide clients.

 

You will:

  • Ensure correct use of TIMG internal systems are always maintained in accordance with instructions
  • Prepare documents for scanning
  • Use Microsoft Office to enter data
  • Pick and pack as required related to digitisation tasks
  • Perform high speed scanning of records
  • Manage post-processing of scanned images
  • Perform quality assurance

  

About you

While previous experience would be a plus, it's ultimately your attitude that's most important to us. We can teach you everything else.

  • You're flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure
  • You're willing to take direction and are open to learn new skills
  • You're open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity
