We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager – Eagle Farm. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, and business growth across our Auto Glass network. At Eagle Farm we support our members to deliver vehicle repairs across wheels, tyres and windscreen/ADAS. 

You’ll play a key role in ensuring safety, compliance, and training standards are met, while also identifying and integrating new business opportunities—particularly in the area of ADAS recalibrations. This is a leadership role that requires a strong focus on people, process, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Champion the Auto Glass brand by delivering exceptional service, managing service standards, and driving business development through member and vendor engagement.

  • Lead and coach a high-performing team, oversee WHS and compliance training, and foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage budgets and resources effectively, provide insights, monitor compliance, and support the broader operational direction of our broader Auto Glass team.

  • Manage a team to ensure all vehicles are fitted out and maintained to ensure RACQ provides a market leading service to its members/customers.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5–7 years’ experience in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.

  • Proven experience in delivering a great service in wheels, tyres and windscreen repairs

  • Commercial acumen and ability to drive business outcomes for our members

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
