Job Description & Summary

Managing business performance in today’s complex and rapidly changing business environment is crucial for any organization’s short-term and long-term success. However ensuring streamlined E2E Oracle fusion Technical to seamlessly adapt to the changing business environment is crucial from a process and compliance perspective. As part of the Technology Consulting -Business Applications - Oracle Practice team, we leverage opportunities around digital disruption, new age operating model and best in class practices to deliver technology enabled transformation to our clients

*Responsibilities:

1. PMO Leadership: · Establish and maintain PMO processes, methodologies, and templates to ensure consistent project delivery. · Develop and implement project governance frameworks, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. · Lead the PMO team, providing mentorship, training, and performance management. · Ensure alignment of PMO activities with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Oracle HCM Management: · Oversee the implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of Oracle HCM solutions. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. · Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment phases of Oracle HCM projects. · Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Project Delivery: · Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources. · Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. · Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide detailed reports to stakeholders. · Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project milestones.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: · Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors. · Communicate project updates, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders. · Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on PMO and Oracle HCM matters.

5. Continuous Improvement: · Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. · Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in project management and Oracle HCM. · Lead initiatives to streamline PMO operations and optimize Oracle HCM usage. *Mandatory skill sets

o 10 to 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a PMO leadership role. o Proven experience in implementing and managing Oracle HCM solutions. o Strong background in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. o Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). o Deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation). o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA). o Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. o ·

*Preferred skill sets

*Education Qualification

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. o PMP (Project Management Professional) certification highly desirable. o Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in HCM or equivalent certification preferred.
