Managing Assembly and Equipment Line in shifts, Machine shop floor management
Your responsibilities will include
Managing Assembly and Equipment Line in shifts.
Technical and Basic troubleshooting Knowledge on Equipment.
Reporting of production KPIs (Yield,OEE,Productivity,FPY,Customer acceptance lab)
Identify losses through OEE and drive actions/projects to improve OEE.
Continual improvements for scrap reductions.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and ensure proper PPE adherence
Take action for the Near miss and safety abnormalities
Basic knowledge in TPM or TQM or WCM.
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Conduct Workstation study increase the productivity
Conduct Material review board meeting and control scrap by taking active measure
Create rotational plan to improve the flexibility of employees
Conduct Process control audit and take measures
Conduct a 5S audit and take action for open points. Maintain 5S in the Shop Floor.
Conduct Product safety / 8D meeting with CFT to take appropriate action for the issues
Create SOP and OPL for the Process
Maintain proper documentation as per ISO requirements
Drive Cost saving projects in Shop Floor
Improve productivity YOY
Raise Purchase requirements for the department requirements in SAP
Follow escalation procedure
Minimum requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS | B.E - Mechanical / Industrial / Production | AGE | 28 - 32 | EXP | Manufacturing / Light Engineering / Automobile | |
8-12 Yrs | Example:-Worked in Automotive, Consumer Product industries
