Position Overview
Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, we’re looking for a seasoned, hands-on Senior Manager of ABM and Marketing Operations to lead the global execution of our Account-Based Marketing programs and to take full ownership of our marketing technology stack. This is a pivotal role that connects the dots between strategy and execution—ensuring that our campaigns are not only well-conceived but also flawlessly delivered, measurable, and scalable across regions.

This person will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and the VP of Global Marketing to drive targeted campaign delivery, optimize technology tools, and build infrastructure that supports pipeline growth and marketing ROI.

The ideal candidate brings both ABM executional depth and marketing operations management, including system integration, process design, campaign performance tracking, and automation. You thrive in a builder role and have a bias for execution and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
ABM Program Execution
  • Own the day-to-day execution of global ABM programs in alignment with strategy set by the VP, Global Marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on target account lists, campaign plans, and follow-up workflows.
  • Build and run multi-channel campaign playbooks across email, digital, outbound, and events to engage decision-makers at priority accounts.
  • Use 6Sense to activate intent-based targeting and personalize campaigns by funnel stage and buying role.
  • Partner with Channel/Field Marketing to ensure local programs are connected to global objectives.

Marketing Technology Stack Ownership
  • Define data structures, ABM lead handoff processes, and platform integrations to ensure a seamless campaign infrastructure.
  • Establish system governance: campaign setup templates, naming conventions, workflows, and data hygiene standards.
  • Own operational delivery of email templates, landing pages, forms, and tracking links in support of campaign execution.

Marketing Operations
  • Maintain global lead lifecycle processes—from lead capture through MQL, SAL, SQL, and Closed-Won.
  • Establish campaign attribution models and measurement frameworks that clearly show marketing’s impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to Marketing, Sales, and Executive stakeholders, covering lead performance, funnel velocity, and campaign ROI.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for campaign operations, continuously identifying and fixing bottlenecks in execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Work hand-in-hand with Sales Ops, Product Marketing, Content, and Regional teams to ensure programs are aligned and campaigns are fully supported.
  • Enable sales teams with the right data, insights, and workflows to execute coordinated follow-up on key accounts.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, training guides, and best practices for the broader marketing team.

Campaign Optimization and Insights
  • Own campaign dashboards and lead flow reporting to deliver actionable insights into what’s working and where to improve.
  • Run quarterly business reviews on campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and MarTech health.
  • Advocate for a test-and-learn culture by introducing A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and optimization processes.

Required Experience and Skills
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with a minimum of four years managing both marketing operations and ABM execution.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce, Pardot (or similar MAP), and 6Sense. Experience leading new platform implementations is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success launching and scaling ABM programs that influenced pipeline in complex sales environments.
  • Strong analytical and technical background; able to work with data, dashboards, and CRM/MAP integrations to improve outcomes.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-driven. You don’t just think about “what” to do, but “how” to do it well.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management abilities, especially in cross-functional teams.

Location:  Near our home office in Louisville, CO and able to go to the office at least 3 days each week
