Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm (leadership is expected anywhere between 30-45 mins before the start of their shift and after their shift. Schedule may change downrange based upon the needs of the business)
Essential Job Function
- Supervise daily inventory operations including cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliations.
- Develop and lead quality audit processes to measure internal performance in Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Conduct physical inventories as required by our clientele.
- Train, mentor, and manage inventory control staff to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Collaborate with Operations Leadership to drive improved performance
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- 1+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Employee will be required to manually lift and stack products that ranges from 5 pounds to 75 pounds. Must be capable of sitting, standing, bending, climbing, lifting, or walking for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
The work element will be hot in the summer and cold in the winter - this position is not in a controlled environment. Must be able to work additional hours and up to seven days a week, as needed.

Salary: $59,300 - $69,150/year base salary
This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
