Job Summary

Time Manufacturing is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the North America Operations Transformation team, based in Dallas, Texas and reporting directly to the COO. This high-visibility role is designed for early-career professionals with management consulting experience who are looking to transition into a corporate leadership-track position. The Strategy Manager will work closely with the COO and senior leadership to design, analyze, and implement transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, optimize manufacturing operations, and support long-term growth across North America. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Partner with the COO to define and execute strategic transformation priorities across NA operations.
  • Apply consulting-style frameworks, financial modeling, and structured problem-solving to operational challenges.
  • Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process improvement.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, and updates for the COO, senior leadership, and board-level stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects across supply chain, operations, engineering, and finance.
  • Establish KPIs, track progress, and communicate results of transformation initiatives.
  • Support change management efforts to ensure alignment and adoption across multiple sites.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field (MBA a plus but not required).
  • 2–3 years of experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm (e.g., Kearney, L.E.K., or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to structure and solve complex challenges.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial/operational modeling.
  • Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, industrial operations, and large-scale transformation.
  • Must be based in Dallas, Texas, with willingness to travel to North American manufacturing sites as needed.
