What We Seek...
We are looking for a resourceful and flexible individual to join the Britten team as a Decal Installer. This position will manage decal installation of internal Britten projects and may require occasional travel to jobsites. The Installer role will have the opportunity to work in the various parts of our business, such as Print, BoxPop, Foam, Woodworking, and Hardware. The right candidate will be a team player, remaining calm under pressure, while thinking quickly on their feet.
Job Summary and Job Functions
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Proficiency with tools and techniques in decal graphic applications, including cutting tools
- Potential for travel to job sites to install projects – locally and potentially longer distances (as needed)
- Willingness to cross-train and work in various parts of the business - Ex. pre-event set up and staging
- Ability to problem solve concerns/issues that arise during an installation
- Ability and willingness to follow safety standards and procedures
- Produce high quality, detailed work based on standards, guidelines, and procedures
- Quick reaction time to short deadlines

Requirements
- Experience in Decal Installation
- 3M Certification a Plus!
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the company, overtime (as needed)
- Ability to navigate in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred
- A clean driving record
- Chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain
- A positive and professional attitude

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Heavy lifting occasionally needed. Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force daily to move objects
- Visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
- Subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout to be heard above ambient noise level
