What We Seek...
We are looking for someone with a passion for transforming ideas into powerful brand experiences to enhance the brand reputation of both our clients and our company. The role of 3D Designer will work closely with marketing, sales, and leadership to create 3D concepts and mock-ups for clients. You will be expected to communicate effectively with our sales team and external clients, hit deadlines, and adhere to the design request process.
Job Summary and Job Functions
- Monitor SalesForce design request que for incoming design requests and prioritize (due date, scope)
- Produce 2D/3D renderings as requested for new leads and existing customers (BoxPop, Foam, Print)
- Communicate status updates with sales reps and work together on design changes and iterations
- Work with Marketing Manager and fellow 3D designers to improve 3D design processes and SOP’s
- Collaborate with 3D design team to prioritize and balance workload to deliver renderings in a timely manner
- Update Marketing team to any upcoming large projects to allow for planning of resources and gathering information for case studies, blogs, social media posts, etc.

Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Experience with Twinmotion, Blender, or other 3D Modeling software
- Effective time management, organizational, and project planning skills
