In this role, you'll manage high-volume restoration jobs—often responding to disasters like water, fire, and mold damage—and help people recover from unexpected events. What is Mitigation?


Mitigation is the first and most critical step in the restoration process. It involves responding quickly to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, storms, or other disasters to prevent further loss and stabilize the situation. Mitigation work is fast-paced, high volume, and requires quick decision-making, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage and facilitate high-volume residential, commercial, and industrial mitigation projects from start to finish
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support
  • Develop detailed work orders and coordinate efforts with Mitigation & Contents teams
  • Create and communicate accurate project timelines
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and customers
  • Organize material orders, permits, and job site logistics
  • Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and progressing on schedule
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and customer satisfaction closely

Requirements

  • Knowledge of construction, project management, and job costing preferred
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment
  • Comfortable with physical labor and exposure to varying job site conditions
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
