The Role:
We’re seeking a motivated Digital Customer Experience Intern to join our team for Summer 2026!
In this Internship, you will be responsible for supporting Toyota’s digital customer experience platforms while on the Ecommerce team. MyToyota is the single, end-customer point of contact to digitally engage with Toyota Material Handling and Toyota affiliates such as dealers and other partners. MyToyota includes digital customer experience and digital commerce functions. This Internship is responsible for working with key stakeholders to collect and analyze feedback to translate into new platform features and functionality.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cultivate feedback loops to understand user behavior, new requests, and improvement ideas
- Analyzing feedback and gathering business requirement for new features and user stories
- Analyze UX data to influence the product backlog and recommend improvements
- Develop/Write, elaborate and prioritize user stories and functionality to be built on the platform
- Support documentation management of workflows, functional and technical requirements
- Assist cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
- College Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or other related field of study

What You’ll Get in Return:
Wage - $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
