About the Role
As an RCM Analyst at XiFin, you will be a key member of a high-performing team of analytics professionals focused on revenue cycle management. Reporting to the Director of Account Management & Analytics, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving data informed decision-making across strategic customer relationships. In this position, you will lead the analysis of large and complex data sets, uncover trends, and deliver actionable insights that impact operational efficiency and financial performance. You’ll work closely with both internal stakeholders and client-facing teams to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously optimize RCM processes. How you will make an impact:
In this role, you’ll:
- Compile and review customer data; identify trends in customer workflow and results
- Provide customer reporting and present analytics when needed that will aid in managing and streamlining operations
- Translate data into user friendly analytics tools geared towards driving business efficiency and revenue
- Compile and analyze customer metrics to gauge system productivity as well as financial performance
- Engage in continuous improvement projects around automating data gathering and reporting
- Complete ad-hoc projects and reports for team and cross functional groups as required

Skills and experience you have:
You don’t need to check every box. We will consider a combination of education and experience, including:
- Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare IT/Mgt
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in customer-facing billing and/or strategic analytics role
- Expertise in Excel and experience with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical billing software and medical billing practices
- Must be willing to travel domestically 10%

Pay Transparency
At XiFin, we believe in pay transparency and fairness. The expected annual salary range for this role is $57,000 to $84,000, based on your experience, skills, and geographic location.
Depending on your qualifications, you may be considered for either an Analyst or Sr. Analyst title. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
