Your Role: The Senior Commercial Finance Analyst is vital to the CentroMotion Finance team. Based in Pewaukee, WI, this position will be responsible for commercial and business case financial modeling, analysis, finance pricing strategy and various reporting requirements. The role reports to the Finance Director and partners with and supports functional commercial leaders and colleagues from the businesses within CentroMotion. This role will also work with product line managers worldwide on margin analysis.

What You'll Be Doing:
· Support Annual Plan pricing goal through cross-functional collaboration and analysis of sales team customer projections compared to actual pricing achievement.
· Analyze and review customer pricing and margin data. Understand differences to expectations and identify potential areas of opportunity.
· Support development of global pricing strategy as well as working with product management to set margin expectations by product line/brand. Review and revise expectations as necessary.
· Identify key performance indicators for the Commercial function and track, analyze and report on them on a regular (monthly) basis such as book to bill, backlog, orders booked, revenues and pricing achievement.
· Key leader in Commercial data lake project team; provide support as needed and help to maintain customer, market and product line mapping for new customers or products. Monitor variances between data lake and actual reported results and investigate variances of significance.
· Develop standard reporting templates for month-end, MBRs, etc. Provide key analysis and work with other finance team’s (FP&A team) to expand on any metric reporting requirements.
· Provide analysis and report out Rolling 12, Day 2 Sales, and others as assigned.
· Provide margin analysis for New Product Development or new customer relationships with Business Case reviews.
· Prepare monthly reporting package information and analysis of projects in development to allow for Executive reviews of Commercial activities and costs.
· Leadership role in the Annual Plan for Revenue. Annual revenue plan includes preparation/ownership of Plan templates and working with the Commercial team to populate key data utilized for the Plan.
· Serve as a business partner and assist functional leaders with financial analysis and cost saving ideas and initiatives.
· Provide monthly spending summary and insights for the Commercial and Engineering teams.
· Interface with corporate shared services to identify Commercial support needed for accounts receivable collections or release of credit holds.
· Assist with or lead special projects and ad hoc analysis. (Standard quoting template, Business Case templates and others as assigned)
· Assist with maintaining a proper system of internal controls (Delegation of Authority, Company Policies, etc.) and support the businesses as required.
· Participates in strategic planning with commercial and product management leadership for Growth Walks and long term Product Line Plans.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
