About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with financial advisors to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating seamless communication, and supporting the administrative and operational needs of our Investment Services team. 


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serves as primary point of contact for clients; addressing inquiries, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Client Operations and Onboarding: Guides new clients through onboarding and ensures a seamless processing of new business and account paperwork.
  • Client Meeting Support: Attends client meetings with the advisor, assisting in presenting and signing documents. Independently meets with clients for service items such as QCDs, RMDs, and beneficiary updates. 
  • Advisor Support and Scheduling: Manages the advisor's calendar and meeting schedule. Tracks post-meeting action items. 
  • Client Engagement and Marketing Support: Executes quarterly touchpoints and themed meetings, such as annual tax planning meetings. Assists in seasonal outreach and personalized communication.

The starting pay for this position will be commensurate with experience. 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; some college preferred. 
  • Securities license required: Series 6 or 7 with 65/66. Series 7 is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in financial services. 
  • Professional, client-friendly demeanor with a high degree of discretion.
  • Tech proficient with CRM and planning tools.
