Head of Sales - Pump Services (Canada) - Full Time - Edmonton, Canada

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Sales to lead our regional sales operations in Canada. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and tenders, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve volume, margin, and expense targets.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales activities and optimize sales channels.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand customer base.
- Set and monitor sales targets aligned with company KPIs.
- Negotiate major project tenders and oversee pricing strategies.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in a related sales leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of turbomachinery, hydraulics, and pump manufacturing.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Location: Edmonton, Canada; Burnaby or Toronto also considered
Travel: 40–50% (domestic and international)
