As a team, we’re on a mission to reshape an age-old industry, and we’re looking for people who thrive on challenging and meaningful work. Our environment is highly collaborative, innovative, and supportive, with a shared commitment to having fun while making an impact. We live by our core values: We Before Me, The Extra 1%, Bias To Act, Unconditional Transparency, Accountable to Outcomes, Forgiveness. If this resonates with you, we’d love to meet you and explore how you can help us build the future of the green industry!

Our culture and growth has been recognized with multiple awards, it’s a great time to join!

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the newly formed Jobs & Scheduling team, owning the vision and strategy for one of the most critical parts of our platform. From creating and managing jobs to scheduling crews and tracking timesheets, you’ll be reimagining the end-to-end experience that powers our customers’ day-to-day operations. This is an opportunity to redefine how small landscaping businesses run their schedules – their calendar is their lifeblood, and you’ll shape the tools that help them operate with confidence, efficiency, and scale.

You will…

  • Own the vision and roadmap for Jobs & Scheduling, building the foundation for how landscaping companies plan and execute their work.
  • Drive high-impact execution alongside a dedicated cross-functional team of engineers and a product designer, delivering solutions that meaningfully improve customer communications, pipeline tracking, and overall client experience
  • Blend customer empathy with business insight, leveraging user research, product data, and market trends to make smart, outcome-driven decisions
  • Champion collaboration and clarity, ensuring your team has the context and alignment needed to move quickly while building scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Set the foundation for a newly formed team, shaping best practices and raising the bar for how we deliver exceptional products at SingleOps
  • Measure success by outcomes, not just outputs – while shipping features is necessary, it’s not sufficient; we look to our product managers to deliver great outcomes for our customers and for our business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5-7 years working as a product manager at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record of delivering hugely impactful features for your customers and your business
  • Deep-rooted curiosity and user empathy
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience building 0-1 products

Location: Atlanta, Toronto, Remote (US or Canada)

Reasons why you would love it here!

  • Join an incredible team culture that’s all about collaboration, support, and having fun while making a real impact every day.
  • We prioritize your well-being with comprehensive health, dental, and vision plans for you and your family.
  • 401K Matching!
  • We also offer additional options for HSA (with employer contribution!), FSA, Dependent Care FSA, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, legal assistance, and much more!
  • We invest in your growth through conferences, courses, or any tools that help you advance.
  • Enjoy a great work-life balance with unlimited Paid Time Off, paid company holidays, and a company-wide shutdown from Dec 24 - Jan 1 for a well-deserved holiday break.
