Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sr. Inbound Care Coordinator to join our team in the Sandy Springs, GA office! This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality customer service by efficiently managing inbound communication from clients and providing expert assistance. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to resolving client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex client issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in the database.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or a related field are a plus.
