The Opportunity
Join our Finance team as a Project Accounting / Billing Analyst Intern and gain hands-on experience in the financial side of project delivery. This role will give you exposure to billing, project cost tracking, and client invoicing in a fast-paced consulting environment. You’ll work closely with Project accountants and Project Managers to support financial reporting, ensure accuracy in billing, and help improve key finance processes.
Collect operational and market data for financial and operational analysis
Work with Finance and Project Managers to establish project budgets and monitor against actuals
Prepare Excel models to assist in the company’s managerial financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting
Support Billing and Project Accounting team on projects
Special projects as required
Is this role right for you?
Required:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, or similar field
Experience with general Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to perform data entry quickly and accurately
Good communication skills essential for team-based working
Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges

Los Angeles, CA - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Los Angeles, CA is $21.50 to $32.50 per hour. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Los Angeles, CA will differ.
