Role Detail
Reporting to the Lateral Resourcing Manager, this varied role has a primary focus on end-to-end recruitment for legal roles nationally. Working autonomously, yet part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will be seen as a strategic partner helping shape the future of the firm by:
- Managing recruitment processes from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Designing and executing innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent
- Leveraging your expertise in Workday ATS to ensure seamless recruitment workflow and data accuracy
- Providing market insights and talent intelligence to influence strategic hiring decisions
- Promote and embody our Employee Value Proposition: Learn. Master. Lead.
- Assist on strategic projects within the Resourcing and People and Development functions
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across recruitment activities
About You
Ideally based in Sydney, however flexibility for Melbourne, as a brand ambassador for KWM, you will embody our core values such as trust, betterment and dynamism. Your passion for recruitment and understanding of the impact the right hire has on teams, the firm, and overall business success are essential.
You will also bring:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for legal roles, preferably within professional services, agency or law firms
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence
- A focus on delivering excellent candidate experiences
- Proficiency with recruitment systems (Workday experience highly regarded)
- Strategic mindset with a passion for workforce planning and talent market analysis
- A proactive, collaborative approach and a drive to continuously improve recruitment outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
