Your Role

 

We’re looking for a Motor Claims Consultant to join our CGU claims team on a full-time, permanent basis. Your main objective will be to support customers and stakeholders through the motor claims process. This includes juggling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence from customers, brokers and authorised representatives.

 

You’ll begin with a comprehensive, fully paid induction at our Boorloo (West Perth) office. After a minimum of 3 months in the office you may be eligible for a hybrid role allowing work from home within the business requirements. You’ll work Monday to Friday with shifts between 8:30am – 5:00pm local time. After a minimum of 3 months in the office you may be eligible for a hybrid role allowing work from home within the business requirements.

Please note: To work from home, you’ll need high speed internet connection, and a private home office set up. 

 

About You

 

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, inbound call centre environment. You’re empathetic, resilient, and confident in your communication. You’ll also bring:

  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time under pressure
  • Intermediate computer literacy and troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence in decision-making
