Your Role
You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end lodgement and claims management of motor claims, ensuring each case is managed efficiently, accurately, and with empathy. As the first point of contact, you’ll guide members through the claims process, delivering proactive service while adhering to RACQ’s policies. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll triage claims, support recovery efforts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance member outcomes.

Your journey with RACQ begins on October 27, 2025, with a minimum of a seven-week and up to a thirteen-week, office-based training program at our Meanjin (Brisbane – Eight Mile Plains) office. This permanent full-time role requires availability Monday to Friday (8.30am–5.00pm) during training. Once training is complete, working hours will extend to a rotating roster between 7.00am–7.00pm Monday to Friday, and 8.30am–5.00pm on weekends and public holidays. 

On successful completion of training and Rockpool, hybrid work arrangements will be considered subject to business needs—currently, this includes one day per week in the office.

About You

•    A passion for helping others, with strong customer service and communication skills
•    Confidence working in a fast-paced, call centre environment, handling inbound calls and lodgements
•    Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
•    A collaborative mindset, with adaptability and a willingness to learn through coaching and feedback
•    The ability to quickly learn systems and navigate technology with ease
