Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and updating training materials (e.g., e-learning modules, presentations, guides).
- Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions (virtual and in-person), including scheduling, communications, and feedback collection.
- Help administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking participation, and generating reports.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning technologies.
- Analyze training feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create role-specific learning paths.
- Assist in organizing employee development programs (e.g., mentorship, leadership training).
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) learning initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field.
- Kindly note that this internship is aimed towards students who are required to complete a work placement as part of their academic program.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize training materials, schedules, and sessions efficiently.
- Research Skills: Capable of researching and gathering information for the development of training materials.
- Technology Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Power Point and other design software – e.g. Canva, Miro and ideally have some experience of working with an LMS – Learning Management Software.
- Enthusiasm for Learning: A genuine interest in learning and development, with a willingness to continuously improve.
- Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and attention to detail are crucial for creating accurate training materials.
