Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and internal systems.
- Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to monitor inventory levels, shipping schedules, and order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer issues related to shipments, returns, and product availability with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Support logistics and warehouse operations by coordinating with carriers and tracking shipments.
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
