Respondology is hiring a hungry, curious, and high-energy Mid-Market Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Boulder, CO. If you have 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships count!) and want to kickstart your SaaS career, this is your chance to learn from seasoned sales leaders, grow your skills, and help build a high-performing sales development program.
You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion, identifying and engaging high-potential mid-market prospects, creating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. This role is hybrid, but requires weekly in-office time in Boulder, CO. Candidates must live within commuting distance.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential mid-market prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other CRM tools
- Run multi-channel outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate conversations
- Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for Account Executives
- Keep CRM (Hubspot) up to date with activity and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with the SDR Manager and AEs to refine messaging and improve conversion rates
- Consistently meet or exceed activity and opportunity targets
Here’s what you need to get our attention:
- 1–2 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or customer-facing role (internships count; SaaS/startup experience a plus)
- Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal—with strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, or Apollo is a plus
- Comfortable with omni-channel outreach, especially cold calling
