What you will do:
Support facilities operations, including budget management, design input, vendor management, and delivery of strategic projects aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Implement departmental policies, contracts, and scheduling - while ensuring work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Responsible for updating facilities documentation and policies, financial tracking, accruals, assets life cycles, building inspections, maintenance, and space planning.
Supervise safety drills, preventive maintenance plans, audits, and occupancy management.
Provide operational support for company events, coordinating internal resources, vendor coordination, and risk assessments.
Support new-hire onboarding, including access setup, orientation, workspace preparation, and guidance.
You need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5 years of progressive experience in the facilities function.
Experience managing and developing employees and direct reports.
Proven ability to manage vendors, oversee budgets, and execute projects successfully, or equivalent experience.
Special Requirements:
This position requires (5) days in office, on-call availability for emergencies (24/7), occasional after-hours/weekend work.
Ability to travel (as needed) to provide facilities support to Bloomberg Industry Group locations.
