About the Role:



We are looking Purchase order coordinator working in the Commercial Team playing  a vital role in supporting . The coordinator will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain compliance, drive value, and support strategic commercial objectives.


Location: Guildford ( accessible by public transport and transport provided from the local train station 

Hours: 37.5  (8 - 4 with 1/2 break)

Salary:  £26.000k - £28.000k



Key Responsibilities

  • Raise purchase orders in line with commercial approval processes.
  • Resolve PO, invoice, and payment queries with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Support onboarding of new commercial suppliers, liaising with Finance and Procurement.
  • Generate reports for the Commercial Leads.
  • Updating excel spreadsheets 
  • Identify risks and opportunities to ensure best value and compliance.
  • Manage individual workload and contribute to a culture of commercial awareness.
  • Undertake additional duties as required to support the Commercial Team’s objectives.

Skills & Experience

Required:

  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of confidentiality and organisational ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Good excel skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in commercial or procurement environments.
  • Full UK Driver’s Licence.
