Are you looking for a Warehouse Management opportunity where you will ensure all products are distributed correctly and inventory is maintained? If so, this is the role for you.
As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating the activities Inventory Control and the effective flow of materials in the warehouse unit. This role will support a team of Warehouse Associates who carry out the daily activities of the areas (including, but not limited to, warehouse and non-warehouse inventory control, incoming GMP and non-GMP material movements, shipping and receiving) through on the floor presence and daily interaction. As a member of the Supply Chain department, this position will be responsible for the visibility and escalation of risks and opportunities within the warehouse.

- Perform all job responsibilities with the GSK safety procedures and all applicable EHS regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practices.
- Perform cycle counts and provide training to warehouse associates to also perform cycle counts.
- Provide oversite and assistance for yearly inventory audit.
- Ensuring adherence to GSK safety and internal procedures, policies, standards and FDA regulations
- Supporting cross departmental communication on priorities and issues
- Escalation of known issues that impact/delay product release
- Key contact and site subject matter expert for all questions and issues related inventory control and internal warehouse processes.
- Work with all internal and external customers to ensure timely discarding of waste.
- Be site review participant for LSOP development to provide key review output from Marietta to assure the site needs are being addressed.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to perform normal processes and procedures. Work on any assignment as directed.
- Consistent use of SAP across interdependent departments on site.
- Support periodic audit of documentation and process execution ensuring GMP and GDP in place.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years in a warehouse or supply chain role.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to function in an atmosphere of constant change with detailed accuracy.
- Demonstrate a serious commitment to accuracy, integrity and quality while meeting goals or deadlines.
- Able to prioritize and decide appropriate course of actions and to effectively implementing decisions.
- Ability to facilitate and generate the exchange of ideas to resolve problems, prioritize solutions, select optimal solutions and implement decisions.
- The ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels both inside and outside of the oragniziation.
- Knowledge of GMP’s, NIH Guidelines, FDA and other regulatory agency requirements sufficient to apply to quality operations and compliance.
