HIT has multiple openings in their Day Programs for Direct Support Professionals. Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are tasked with delivering direct assistance to individuals participating in Day Services programs. The core aim of this position is to maintain a steady delivery of active treatment that corresponds closely with the goals outlined in each individual's Service Plan.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma. Preference is given to candidates with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Will obtain and maintain the required certifications, including becoming a medication technician, CPR and First Aid certification, Therapeutic Response Certification, a valid ND Driver’s License and DD certification as necessary for the position.
