Sales Territory Manager – Medical Device
Location: Denver, CO
Type: Full-time | Base + Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do:
Drive new business and grow existing accounts in your territory.
Build strong relationships with surgeons, OR/SPD staff, and hospital leaders.
Represent the company at trade shows and professional events.
Support clinical integration and train staff on product use.
Manage pipeline and forecast sales using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of medical device sales experience (orthopedics, spine, SPD, or related surgical specialties preferred).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to educate medical staff.
Willingness to travel 50–70% in your territory.
